The Customer Care Representative should be passionate, customer service-orientated and able to provide outstanding service to all of our Pet Parents in the capacity of placing orders, responding to inquiries about shipments, products and service via phone, email and web chat. Must be able to commute to our Delray Beach, FL corporate office 3 days/week

** Must be able to start training on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 **

Training Information:

  • Training period is the first 2 weeks with a required schedule of 10am -6pm EST.
  • Training period is required full attendance in office.

Schedule After Training:

  • Must have open availability during the call center hours 7:00 am - 11:00 pm (Mon-Fri) and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Sat - Sun).
  • Will receive a set schedule of 40 hours/week after training period.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Treat Pet Parents with the utmost respect and patience
  • Calm and courteous with customers and employees alike
  • Assist customers with placing online orders
  • Respond to inquiries about shipments and products
  • Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email and web chat.
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills Needed:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Genuinely friendly, courteous and helpful
  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to read and interpret documents properly
  • Patient and respectful team player who is willing to do what it takes to support the group
  • Must have a love for pets health and wellness

Qualifications Needed:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a customer service setting
  • 2-3 years of call center experience required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great interpersonal communication
  • Proficient in the use of PC’s
  • Ability to work rotating holidays as needed
