What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oracle EBS Manager position at Petram Search Group?
We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS and RDBMS Manager to lead and manage a small team. Candidate must have strong experience with data migration to Oracle Cloud (OCI) and / or Azure (ideally both) and strong Oracle EBS skills.
Top Must have skills :
MUST have experience managing and working with offshore teams and vendors
MUST be a very technical EBS Leader - from a tech and people perspective. STRONG Oracle skill set is a requirement
MUST be organized and delegate well
MUST be able to set up new processes on the team
MUST be able to define ambiguous requirements
MUST communicate well and have a great attitude
Understanding of cross platform migration of Oracle EBS data bases & application from On-Prem to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) Application DBA experience (Maintenance, ongoing care & feed and Configuration expertise).
Must have exposure to Oracle Cloud Solutions (Oracle Fusion & Oracle Field Services).
Oracle EBS Skills :
