Petroleum Construction / Project Manager
Petro-Com Corporation is currently seeking an experienced Petroleum Construction / Project Manager to lead and manage our construction team. In this role, you will oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects to the highest quality standards. The construction / project manager will also manage the construction personnel who are responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing structures and petroleum components and will schedule and oversee the installation of projects.
This individual will ensure adherence to quote specifications and established policies and procedures, as well as managing subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. This position will ensure that project goals are met according to approved budgets as well as promote and support our company policies and safety practices.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions :
- Strong management and organizational skills
- Manage and direct construction site personnel, including supervising and coordinating their activities
- Develop and implement plans for project execution, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily duty reports and progress reports
- Manage and coordinate the construction tasks and projects, including fuel equipment removal / installation, spill buckets, sump repairs, fuel motor removal / installation, concrete work / installation, excavation, lighting, etc.
- Direct and supervise a team of construction personnel to ensure prompt, efficient progress of the work
- Communicate directly with customers from time of quote request to time of delivery of service and any necessary follow-up
- Communicate with management and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and expectations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental laws, and company policies
