Your Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • Provide consultation on pricing, service plans, and billing issues
  • Negotiate customer prices/service plan payments/billing issues consistent with company guidelines

We offer competitive compensation and benefits for full-time roles, as well as overtime opportunities during the busy winter season. The hourly pay rate is $19 per hour.
