Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and warranties.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance and capabilities.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and dealership performance goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new models, and dealership promotions.
- Process paperwork efficiently, ensuring accuracy in contracts, financing, and trade-in evaluations.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
- Participate in dealership events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or related sales/customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to understand and explain financing and leasing options.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
- A valid driver’s license.
