Join Our Team as a Warehouse Delivery Driver for Frozen Goods!

Petro Serve USA is looking for a Warehouse Delivery Driver to join our team in West Fargo, ND. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to all our convenience stores.

Experience Level : 1 year preferred, under 1 year considered; CDL preferred
Shift : Day shift
Key Responsibilities :
Transport frozen goods from our warehouse to various locations.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating delivery vehicles.
Ensure the accuracy of deliveries by double-checking orders before leaving the warehouse.
Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and store staff to coordinate deliveries.
Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to all customers and employees.
Load and unload products in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner.
Deliver complete, accurate, and on-time deliveries.
Assist with orders in the warehouse as directed by the supervisor.
Deliver and unload products per customer requirements, obtaining signatures and completing all required paperwork.
Organize and load products for delivery, assuring the most efficient delivery route and schedule.
Report product delays, product damages, or any other issues to the supervisor.
Accept returns from stores and complete appropriate paperwork.
Inspect the condition of the delivery truck on a daily basis.
Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment in a safe manner.
Qualifications :
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience driving delivery vehicles, preferably in a warehouse setting.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
Previous warehouse and forklift operation experience preferred.
Ability to bend, kneel, sit, and stand for extended periods regularly.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be a team player with multitasking abilities.
Must be available for random drug and alcohol testing per company policy.
Must have the ability to operate a delivery truck.
Tolerate various outside weather conditions.
Must possess a valid medical certificate.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to follow safety protocols and work independently.
