We are currently hiring a full time store manager for our Roseville location
Position Overview:
-Integral member of a team that works together for the betterment of the greater company.
-Provide the ultimate positive customer service experience and sets a good example for the other staff.
-Assists/leads in painted piece backroom procedures
-Helps to maintain a clean , organized and visually inspirational studio, from inventory management to new and inspiring product displays.
-Performs cashiering duties, and troubleshoots POS system if needed
Must be able to lead a team of 6-12 employees.
Experience and Qualifications:
-Minimum one year of management in a retail or restaurant environment
-Customer Service
-Interest in art, creativity, ceramics
-Must be able to lift 20 lbs and work shift while standing and walking
-Excellent time management skills, scheduling and onboarding new staff.
-Multi tasking capabilities
-Organized and communicative
-Professionalism in presentation and speech
-Skills in operating a POS system and the ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand English. Basic math ability.
Physical requirements include the ability to use telephone, computerized cash register; perform repetitive movements of the arms and shoulders, stand for extended periods of time, move freely around store, bend, twist, reach, squat, climb a ladder occasionally and regularly lift/carry up to 20lbs.
