We are currently looking for a Part Time Customer Service Representative to work alongside our experienced doctors, technicians and CSRs to offer the best in patient care and client communication.
Requirements
- Customer Service: Greet clients as they enter the clinic, answer multi-line telephones and requests through multiple online platforms, schedule appointments, collect payment for services etc.
- Knowledge: Assess patient’s needs, recognize an emergency situation and when to seek help, understand hospital protocols, including those for vaccines, laboratory tests and basic principles of animal care.
- Cleaning: Maintain general cleanliness of the hospital using proper disinfection protocols.
- Documentation: Keep accurate and detailed records about patients and clients, document all communication between clients and Drs, create and adhere to client and patient alerts.
- Communication: Maintain excellent lines of communication with clients, CSRs, other technicians, management and Doctors.
- Other: Offer the highest standard of care to patients and owners.
