Job Summary
The Construction Administrative Assistant will organize and meticulously maintain project documentation, diligently track budgetary allocations, and process billing with precision. Additional responsibilities include providing support for the management of invoices and purchase orders.
Responsibilities :
Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents such as contracts, permits, blueprints, change orders, and progress reports.
File and archive records digitally or physically for easy retrieval and compliance with legal or company requirements.
Assist with preparing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
Track budgets, costs, and payments to vendors or subcontractors.
Process billing documentation and ensure timely submission to clients or accounting departments.
Qualifications :
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Efficient in microsoft office and excel
Experience in the construction industry
Prefers previous petroleum construction industry experience but not required
Highschool diploma or equivalent
3 years of experience in an administrative position
