RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Sales quotes, will-call, counter orders, phone sales and invoicing
· Keep open orders updated with accurate schedules and notes
· Respond to customer inquiries in a clear, concise and comprehensive manner
· Pull and state orders in warehouse as well as return product to stock as needed
· Process customer return, cores, warranties and credits in a timely manner
· Assist when requested with shipping and receiving
· Clean DMV
·Periodic participation in the daily local deliveries with other team members (Company truck).
· Ability to lift 50 pounds·
· Participate in various vendor/product training meetings and classes as required.
