Work Schedule : Monday - Friday

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Tracks candidates throughout the pre-employment process via the Applicant Tracking System
  • Processes and coordinates background checks, safety council course, drug screens, and physical exams of candidates
  • Provides timely, clear, and concise updates to recruiters, supervisors, and candidates.
  • Inputs new hires and rehires into the Human Resource System (HRS).
  • Recognizes strong principles of customer service to all potential employees, as well as our internal co-workers and support staff.
  • Contributes to our HR team's efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job.

Preferred Job Qualifications :

  • Highly self-motivated, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines are essential in this position.
  • Very organized with effective time management skills.
  • Positive and collaborative team player with excellent customer services skills (internal and external).
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of leadership, as well as external candidates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Minimum Job Qualifications :

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel).
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
  • 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
  • Stable work history with good references from past employers
  • Pass a drug screen, and background check.
  • PSC is a veteran-friendly company. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
