Duties

- Utilize welding techniques for metal roofing applications.
- Execute caulking and sealing of roof joints to ensure water-tightness.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including handymen and plumbers, to complete projects efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
- Restore existing roofs by applying protective coatings or materials.
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial roofing is required.
- Familiarity with roofing techniques and materials is advantageous.
- Skills in drywall installation, tile laying, welding, and plumbing are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Must be able to work at heights and possess physical stamina for demanding tasks.
