Petroplan is working exclusively with a global energy company to staff an exciting LNG production and export terminal mega-project. We are recruiting a top caliber Environmental professional for an Air Quality Specialist position, based in Houston, TX who meets the following criteria.
The Air Quality Specialist will work with environmental management teams within the Air Quality scope for our Louisiana LNG facility. This position will be based out of Houston, TX.
- Conduct air quality analyses, assess regulatory compliance, and perform regulatory applicability evaluations.
- Develop and prepare complete and accurate air quality permits, including Title V, Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD), and New Source Review compliance.
- May Interact with local, state, and federal regulators to oversee permit application review and issuance.
- Prepare emission inventory reports, quantify air pollutant emissions, and conduct dispersion modeling.
- Support climate change projects, including greenhouse gas inventories.
- Prepare recommendations and reports based on emissions testing, operational limits, and control device effectiveness.
- Perform multiple tasks within scope, budget, and schedule expectations to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
- Build and maintain successful relationships with company and project teams, contractors, and regulators.
