Petroplan is working exclusively with a global energy company to staff an exciting LNG production and export terminal mega-project. We are looking to recruit a top caliber Area Superintendent OSBL professional for a Direct Hire Onsite position, based in Sulphur, LA who meets the following criteria.
The OSBL Area Superintendent will oversee the construction of the OSBL Area at our Louisiana LNG facility. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and directing project construction activities and managing site operations within your assigned area of responsibility and ensure those operations are compliant, safe, on time, and within the scope and budget.
Skills and Experience :
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Ability to identify and resolve construction, safety, and quality issues quickly and effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and coordination with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.
- In-depth understanding of safety regulations and construction standards.
- Experience with LNG, power plants, or other large-scale infrastructure projects.
