The Office Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk. This individual will ensure that all visitors are greeted professionally and that their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinated meetings, travel arrangements, and catering as needed
- Plan and participates in celebrations/activities
- Main point of contact for all facility supplies (office and refreshment) for administrative team
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to drive to other Company work locations as required
- Must be able to proficiently operate a multi-line phone system
