In this high-impact role, you will:
✅ Lead Ready-for-Operations (RFO) activities, ensuring a seamless transition from EPC to operations.
✅ Provide expert support on motors, transformers, switchgear, and electrical systems.
✅ Spearhead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies.
✅ Act as a technical authority, guiding Maintenance & Operations teams in optimizing plant reliability.
✅ Play a crucial role in turnaround planning, power system analysis, and workflow optimization.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 10-15 years of senior-level Electrical Engineering experience in Oil & Gas (LNG preferred)
🔹 Deep expertise in power systems, motors, gas turbines, and compressors.
🔹 Proficiency in CMMS systems, RCFA tools, and reliability engineering practices.
🔹 A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Professional Engineering License preferred).
🔹 Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for operational excellence.
