Petroplan is recruiting for an experienced professional to serve as a Turnaround Coordinator (E, I&C) at our clients LNG facility. Reporting to the Shutdown Turnaround Outage (STO) Director, this role is responsible for managing electrical, instrumentation, and controls (E, I&C) turnaround activities.
The position involves coordinating safe and efficient turnaround execution while working closely with contractors, operations, maintenance, engineering, warranty, and project teams and will be based in Cameron, Louisiana.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate E, I&C turnaround activities in compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) protocols to ensure safe work conditions.
- Implement and manage turnaround processes in alignment with company integrity management systems, work management, and STO procedures.
- Ensure STO gate process deliverables within the assigned scope are met.
- Lead turnaround scope of work workshops, ensuring tasks are recorded in relevant systems.
- Provide subject matter expertise (SME) support to turnaround planners in developing execution work packs.
- Identify risks related to time, cost, and scope, recommending corrective actions and improvements.
- Collaborate with turnaround schedulers to develop work schedules and analyze critical path activities.
- Coordinate logistics, tool and equipment mobilization, and certifications with the turnaround logistics team.
- Ensure adherence to business controls and approved supplier contracts.
- Participate in contractor selection and oversee contractor work scope reviews.
- Track contractor work progress, manage timesheets, and facilitate communication between contractors and stakeholders.
- Monitor schedule adherence, report progress updates, and identify potential risks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned programs.
- High school diploma or GED required; a technical degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Electrical trade experience is beneficial.
- At least 3 years of experience as an E, I&C maintenance execution lead or supervisor.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an E, I&C turnaround coordinator in oil & gas, LNG, or petrochemical industries.
- Strong knowledge of DCS systems (Yokogawa preferred), GE Mark VI, and field instrumentation.
- Familiarity with turnaround cycles, project controls, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- SAP Plant Maintenance experience (end-user level).
- Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project is a plus.
- Background in commissioning, startup, and maintenance of oil & gas or petrochemical facilities is advantageous.
- Must hold and maintain a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card.
