Customer Service Job Summary
You’ll be responsible for talking to potential clients on the phone, as well as in person, to explain our services and pricing, answer any questions they may have and, above all, help them feel secure in their decision to leave their pets in our care. You will create client profiles, capturing all required information, and set up their pet's first visit to our facilities.
You’ll also be responsible for tracking your calls and entering all required information into our call tracking form.

- Providing excellent customer service, both in person and on the phone
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Scheduling services through our client management software
- Answering phone calls
Skills & Abilities
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent or higher
- Experience: Two or more years of past customer service, call center, and sales experience
- Computer Skills: Proficient keyboard skills
- Customer Service: Able to provide exceptional service
- Pet Experience: Past professional experience working with dogs and cats is preferred
Pay
Our base pay is $14.00 per hour with commission pay. After including commission, our Reservation Specialists earn between $21.00 - $25.00, depending on season and skill.
