Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for training customers to use our software, with a focus on accounting functions and Quickbooks integration. You will be setting up chart of accounts, transaction assignments, and synchronizing Quickbooks for customers. You will also resolve customer tickets related to accounting and Quickbooks, collaborate with software developers to improve our accounting features, and conduct weekly online training sessions. This position involves daily interactions with customers via phone, internet, and email.
Key Responsibilities:

Train customers on our software, specializing in accounting and QuickBooks.

Set up chart of accounts, transaction assignments, and synchronization of QuickBooks for customers.

Resolve customer issues related to accounting and QuickBooks.

Collaborate with software developers to enhance accounting functionalities.

Conduct weekly online training on accounting features.

Interact daily with customers via phone, internet, and email.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounting.

Proficient understanding of Profit and Loss Statements.

Advanced QuickBooks user (both Online and Desktop versions).

Experience with various accounting applications (QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Great Plains, etc.).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Deep knowledge of accounting principles.

Understanding of Gross Profit Margins and inventory management.

Ability to travel nationwide (10%-15%).
Preferred Skills:

Master’s degree in accounting.

Experience in Convenience Store retail.
-
Previous experience with accounting for large convenience store chains/gas stations.
Salary : $22 - $24
