Overview
This position is a key inventory management position and encompasses primary elements related to shipping, inventory control, information security, vendor communication and coordination (related to shipping, receiving, ordering, and assistance with contract management), as well as sub-elements related to documentation, accounting (inventory), space management (warehouse), quality management, reporting and improvement. This position is on site Monday through Friday in our Pittsburgh location.
Responsibilities
· Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
· Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
· Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
· Process Warehouse Delivery – product inspection.
· Coordinate with manufacturers on delivery escalation and/or product malfunction.
· Communicate product change specifications with vendors.
· Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
· Complete diary logs on inventory.
· Report any discrepancies with shipments or deliveries.
· Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
· Communicate with suppliers/vendors on order specification adjustments (after coordination and validation received in written form from the Product Manager).
· Set up freight delivery for companies.
· Purchase hardware.
· Warehouse management, redesign, maintenance, security, organization and professional upkeep.
· Communication with management when inventory levels are at risk.
· Quality control of hardware shipments prior to shipping.
· Other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Shipping and Receiving
· Freight
· Small Parcel – Day to day (UPS/FedEx/USPS)
· Internal shipping via air and sea.
· Trade Show
· QA of all received deliveries.
Equipment Shipments
· Receiving, managing, signing off on, internal distribution, inventory maintenance, storing, packaging and scanning.
Sales
· Creation of quotations for Sales Department.
· Receiving projection plan from the Sales Department (Procurement Projections).
Additional and/or Specific Skills
· A solid understanding of Company Information Security policies and procedures.
· Maintaining confidentiality of work-related information and materials.
· Ability to multi-task in an ever-changing work environment.
· Functional and solid understanding of computer inventory items.
· Knowledge of shipping to include local, regional, and international.
· Ability to work beyond standard hours for critical or time sensitive projects.
· Project management skills.

· Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
· Experience with remote assistance software.
· Warehouse cleanliness and organization are a must.
Education/Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 2 years in logistics preferred.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
· Ability to climb ladders.
· Standing, sitting, walking, using hands, reach and grasp with hands and arms.
· Stoop, Kneel, crouch, crawl.
· Vision abilities include depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Salary : $22 - $25
