We are seeking a driven Director of Co-Working Operations to oversee the seamless operation of our facility and enhance our community's dynamic.

Job Summary:

As the Director of Co-Working Operations, you will spearhead the daily operations and drive the profitability of PetroSuites. Reporting directly to the President/Partner of PetroSuites, this role is integral to achieving operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, leading sales initiatives, and overseeing critical external and internal partnerships. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented leader skilled in managing diverse teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Profitability:
  • Drive sales through active engagement in promotional activities, including facility tours, lead follow-ups, and deal closures.
  • Develop strategies to enhance profitability and meet or exceed financial goals.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust operational strategies accordingly to maximize revenue.
  • Facility Management:
  • Ensure the facility is well-maintained, clean, and secure.
  • Manage relationships with all service providers, including third-party janitorial companies ensuring standards are met and maintained.
  • Ensure all amenities and equipment are operational and accessible.
  • Marketing Oversight:
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to oversee and direct marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand strategy.
  • Review and approve marketing campaigns and initiatives, measuring effectiveness to adapt strategies as needed.
  • Financial Oversight:
  • Oversee the financial operations by managing our relationship with the third-party accounting firm.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with all financial regulations.
  • Monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and operational expenses to maintain fiscal responsibility.
  • Member Services:
  • Address member concerns swiftly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Oversee member onboarding and provide ongoing support, ensuring a superior member experience.
  • Foster a welcoming, collaborative community environment within the co-working space.
  • Operational Efficiency:
  • Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to optimize overall efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor facility staff and direct reports, including the Marketing Manager, ensuring professional growth and high performance.
  • Promote a team culture that is motivated, efficient, and aligned with business goals.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively, ensuring clarity and accountability within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, or at least 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience in operations management, particularly in co-working or hospitality, with strong sales and financial oversight capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading teams, managing external vendor relationships, and overseeing marketing strategies.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
