Position Overview
We are seeking an Associate Estate Planning Attorney to join our dynamic team. This position involves delivering professional estate planning services, overseeing trust and estate administration, and offering asset protection strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of estate matters, encompassing small, medium, and large estates
- Guide clients through the probate and trust administration process
- Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents in collaboration with our paralegals
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in estate and trust law
- Utilize cutting-edge professional software for efficiency and seamless collaboration in all tasks
- Contribute to client outreach and firm growth through business development
- Foster strong relationships with clients
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in estate and trust law
- Active membership with the State Bar of California
- Well-versed in California estate planning and trust administration laws
- Strong writing and communication skills
- High ethical standards and integrity
