Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support for the sales team
- Sending out samples to buyers
- Assisting with inventory management – maintaining open communication with warehouse counterpart
- Maintaining/Organizing product inventory stored in the office showroom
- Coordinating assets for ecommerce listings
- Ensuring product artwork complies with customer requirements
- Working with Design and Marketing to request digital assets according to retailer timelines
- Fulfilling digital content requests from Sales team and major retailers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Meticulous follow-up skills and ability to prioritize
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced office/environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Well versed in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
- Experience working with major retailers
