Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pet Pro(Pet Care Associate) to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional care for pets in our facility, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and experience in various aspects of pet care, including grooming and handling.
Duties
- Provide daily care for pets, including feeding, walking, and exercising them.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including rooms and play areas.
- Monitor the health and behavior of animals, reporting any concerns to management or veterinary staff.
- Engage with pet owners to provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns.
- Handle heavy lifting tasks related to moving supplies or equipment within the facility.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills in animal care and handling.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pet care, animal handling, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for the role.
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their welfare is essential.
