Pet Spa Grooming Professional

PetSuites is looking for an experienced all-breed PetStylist to join our team at our Woodstock resort. Successful candidates will have hands-on experience providing bathing and grooming services to all breeds of dogs and cats with a keen eye for detail. Flexible schedule with the ability to many weekends and holiday time frame IS A MUST. We offer a competitive commission, employee benefits, and a professional work environment.

Candidates are expected to have great customer communication skills along with professional grooming experience for all breeds and temperaments. Candidate must be able to work on an appointment based schedule as well as account for walk ins and boarding/daycare guests seeking spa services. Candidates will be expected to maintain their working area and complete daily cleaning tasks.

Requirements: Must be able to handle dogs of all sizes and cats. Must enjoy working with both people and pets. Must have the stamina to walk energetic dogs as well as ensure our pet spa looks inviting and clean. Must be able to follow directions and comply with processes and procedures. Must have a keen sense of observation when observing the pets. CAN NOT BE ALLERGIC TO DOGS OR CATS!

• Provide high-quality grooming services for pets, including bathing, trimming, and styling according to breed standards.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of animals during grooming sessions through proper handling and restraint techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor the health and well-being of pets, reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
