Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer position develops and implements safe, optimal manufacturing processes in accordance with product specifications and quality standards.
- Manage small to large-scale projects according to strategic company initiatives.
- Lead new product manufacturing process launches and ensure timelines are met and customer requirements are fulfilled.
- Establish manufacturing project milestones, develop countermeasure plans, and escalate when necessary.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading assembly efficiency initiatives to reduce cost and improve productivity.
- Evaluating new and current processes, tools, and equipment.
- Developing controls and countermeasures to eliminate safety hazards.
- Daily problem-solving to address safety, quality, and delivery issues.
- Designing and developing new process equipment, tooling, and QA devices.
Requirements
Required qualifications include:
- 3 years' experience in Manufacturing Engineering or project management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Solid Modeling Software, and ERP software.
Benefits
