">As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will develop and implement safe, optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and methods that meet product specifications and quality standards.
- Recommend and implement improvements to production processes, facilities, methods, and controls.
- Coordinate manufacturing launches for new or revised products.
- Manage small to large-scale projects according to strategic company initiatives.
Requirements
3 years' experience in Manufacturing Engineering or project management experience. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Solid Modeling Software, and ERP software. Experience and/or training in safe work environments, capital improvement, and maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Supervisory Responsibility - This position will occasionally have 1 direct report (Intern) and occasional oversight of production personal. Travel - This position requires occasional travel, including travel outside the local area and overnight.
