Job Title : Litigation Attorney – Employment

Location : Hybrid-Remote (Los Angeles, CA 90045 or San Diego, CA 92130)

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with 3-10 years of experience to join our Employment practice. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside highly accomplished attorneys on a diverse range of complex employment litigation cases, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to grow their legal expertise while contributing to the success of a well-respected firm.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and represent clients in employment litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials.
• Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on employment law matters.
