Job Title : Litigation Attorney – Transportation / General Liability
Location : Remote (PST) or Hybrid (San Diego, CA 92130 or Los Angeles, CA 90045)
Must be licensed to practice law in California and have the ability to work Pacific Standard Time work schedule.
About the Role :
Seeking Litigation Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to handle tort / personal injury defense and complex liability matters for a hard-working AV-rated law firm. Self-starting, solid work ethic candidate with experience in all aspects of litigation required, including investigation, research, analysis, discovery and motions. Candidate should have experience taking percipient / party / expert depositions and representing clients in mediations and court hearings. Excellent research and writing skills are required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and represent retail clients in litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials.
- Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on employment law matters.
