Description of the role :
Fast paced, busy service shops are on the lookout for the best! Service advisors are such a vital part of our dealership, a multi-tasker, customer service superstar who is the liaison between our technicians and our customers. Fast paced, challenging and rewarding!
Responsibilities :
Greet customers and provide excellent customer serviceTwo years of relevant Service Advisor experienceDealership franchise experience is preferredFord certifications requiredListen to customer concerns and accurately document themSchedule appointments for vehicle servicesProvide estimates for repairs and servicesCommunicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of workMaintain accurate records of services performed and payments receivedProcess cash and credit card transactionsAssist with inventory management and ordering of parts and suppliesRequirements :
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance proceduresFamiliarity with air brake, tire service, shocks struts, suspension, oil change, transmission, brake repair, auto body repair, and diesel engine repair is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsCash handling experience is preferredBenefits :
