We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our PetVet Care Centers home office team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Reporting to the Manager of TA Operations and under the direction of the Lead TA Coordinator, the TA Coordinator provides essential administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and recruiters. This role assists with interview logistics, job postings, and new hire processes to facilitate efficient recruitment operations.

This role assists with interview logistics, job postings, and new hire processes to facilitate efficient recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for recruiters and candidates, facilitating effective communication and coordination throughout the interview and hiring process.
- Post new job ads in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and on external job boards, ensuring accuracy and optimal visibility.
- Assist in scheduling interviews, booking travel and accommodations, creating itineraries, and coordinating interview-related gifts and activities to provide a positive candidate red-carpet experience.
- Assist in preparing candidate offer letters and employment contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Support the initiation of background checks and relocation processes for new hires.
- Confirm new hire start dates and help coordinate welcome gifts when applicable.
- Work closely with Lead TA Coordinator to identify and recommend enhancements to recruiting workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Work closely with the TA Systems and Data Analyst to maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system by conducting regular data audits to support recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to align TA operations with business objectives.
- Assist with special projects and other assigned tasks to achieve recruiting initiatives and organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (other education or relevant experience may also be considered).
- Experience in Talent Acquisition with knowledge in TA operational processes, systems, and human resources.
- Experience working within Greenhouse (ATS/CRM). Knowledge of platforms including Dayforce (HRIS), LinkedIn, Indeed, and Dropbox is a plus.
- Skilled in project management, data auditing, administrative and coordination duties within TA, and providing team support.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Skilled in time management and prioritization with the ability to juggle concurrent urgent tasks.
- Effective communication skills (both verbal, written, and virtual).
- Proficiency with MS Office suite and Outlook.
- Ability to work individually, as part of a team, and with key stakeholders to complete tasks.
- A desire to be part of our mission to improve the veterinary industry and provide support to our business team members.
- Remote position open to candidates based in the United States; may require travel up to 10% as needed
- Full-time hourly non-exempt position up to 40 hours / week
- Schedule will be Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm
- Hourly wage $25 - $27 / hour
