Quality Inspector

Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position involves performing inspections, conducting tests, and maintaining quality management systems to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers, to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and facilitate corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.
- Participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality management system.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance practices and standards.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality inspection or quality control within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear reporting of findings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 58 per week
