Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to POS and merchant services solutions.
• Learn how to engage business owners, identify their needs, and present tailored payment processing options.
• Overcome objections, educate clients, and close sales over the phone.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and competitive offerings.
  
  

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required – we provide full training!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Arabic, etc.) are a plus.
