We are hiring on behalf of our client in Downers Grove, IL, who is seeking ambitious and driven Sales Representative to join their growing team! This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoy the challenge of cold calling and outbound prospecting. You will play a crucial role in helping businesses find the right merchant services solutions while earning uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to merchant services solutions.
• Engage business owners, identify their needs, and present tailored payment processing options.
• Overcome objections, educate clients, and close sales over the phone.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and competitive offerings.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required (phone-based sales preferred).
• Cold calling or outbound sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient in handling objections.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Arabic, etc.) are a plus.
