JOB SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Representative role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from order entry to customer service, and requires a proactive and versatile professional.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurate and timely entry of customer sales orders into the system.
- Review completed sales orders and respond to email confirmations and RFQs promptly.
- Incoming and outgoing sales phone calls and emails, addressing product inquiries.
- Proactively provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their orders and shipment tracking, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Effectively communicate significant problems or concerns regarding accounts, orders, or projects to Customer Service Manager (CSM) and/or Sales team
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, optimizing productivity and seeking assistance when necessary. Maintain open lines of communication with the Customer Service Manager and other departments.

- All other general inbound and outbound customer service duties
- Adhere strictly to Company and plant safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School graduate or GED
- Prior Customer Service Experience (Preferred)
- Experience using MRP/ERP software helpful but not required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office based software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Conscientious, team player attitude

Physical Demands
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and move about the facility
