What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Mowing and Landscaping Leader/Helper position at Peytom Maintenance?
Duties will entail lawn mowing, trimming, and edging. Mulching, hedge trimming, and landscaping installations. Structured bonuses based on performance. Paid time off based on performance. First uniform supplied by Peytom Maintenance. Mandatory transportation to shop. Start times are not suggestions. All training will be on the job in a relaxed and productive atmosphere. No cussing, drama, and no intoxicants allowed on any job. Listening and working hard will earn you a higher pay rate and bonuses when applicable.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
