What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Litigation Paralegal (Onsite) position at Peyton Resource Group?

- Onsite in Flower Mound, TX
SUMMARY:
Immediate need for a detail oriented Civil Litigation Paralegal to manage calendars and case deadlines for 1-2 attorneys, conduct discovery, draft pleadings, meet with clients, and complete other various projects.
Qualifications include:
- 3-5 years of civil litigation law paralegal experience
- Board Certified Paralegal is preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of civil law and procedures
- 3 years of experience in civil practice support
- Experience with case management software (Clio), MS Office, etc.
- Must be extremely organized, passionate about clients, self-motivated, with superior oral and written communication.
