What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compliance Tester position at Peyton Resource Group?
Job Duties:
- Undertake the necessary steps to meticulously plan and effectively execute comprehensive testing to assess compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as to evaluate the operational risks associated with intricate policies and procedures.
- Support HR testing & controls as part of the Second Line of Defense (SLOD)
- Play an instrumental role in the creation, thorough review, and execution of detailed test steps designed to pinpoint areas of compliance and operational risk, ensuring a robust evaluation process that upholds the integrity of our operations.
- Adhere to the guidance provided by Leads and the Director, which includes actively contributing valuable insights and sharing subject matter expertise on specific areas of testing to enhance the overall effectiveness and accuracy of the testing process.
- Employ critical thinking and project management skills to assist the testing team in efficiently and effectively completing all assigned tasks within established timelines, fostering an organized and productive testing environment.
- Strong background in compliance testing
- Proven track record in conducting comprehensive audits, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in the Human Resources (HR) and Compensation field
