Job Description :
- Perform steps needed to plan and execute testing of compliance with laws / regulations and operational risks of complex policies / procedures.
- Assist with the creation, review, and execution of test steps to identify compliance and operational risks.
- Follow direction of Leads / Director, to include providing input and subject matter expertise, on areas of testing.
- Utilizing critical thinking and project management skills aid the testing team in completing all tasks in a timely manner.
- Experience in HR and Compensation field and Audit experience.
