Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain a clean, efficient, and well-stocked office environment
- Support team members by streamlining workflows and optimizing office procedures
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and physical mail; distribute and route as necessary
- Utilize ERP software and other back-office systems for data entry, record-keeping, and vendor tracking
- Prepare, update, and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements with purchase orders and transaction records
- Assist with document control and handling of historical records
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance and repair requests
- Support light accounting and administrative tasks as needed
- Contribute to a positive team culture through strong communication and initiative
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of administrative or office assistant experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Professional demeanor and a customer service-oriented attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
