We are seeking a highly skilled Development Product Owner (DPO) to join our client's dynamic team. This role requires close collaboration with development teams, business partners, and IT to drive product strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria to support development efforts.
- Address and resolve technical and business inquiries related to the product.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of Development Product Owner (DPO) experience.
- Technical experience preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced development environment.
- Familiarity with Jira and Jira Work Management (JWM) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and backlog prioritization.
