What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior UX Designer position at Peyton Resource Group?
We are seeking a UX/UI Designer with a strong foundation in human-centered design principles to create user-friendly and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in responsive web and native application design, a keen understanding of usability best practices, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Human-Centered Design: Apply human-centered design principles to craft intuitive and effective solutions that align with user needs and business goals.
- User Experience & Interface Design: Design and refine user interfaces for responsive web and native applications (iOS, Android, etc.), ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Information Architecture & Usability: Implement best practices in website navigation, mobile interaction patterns, and information architecture to enhance usability and accessibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate design workshops, collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, and build consensus among diverse teams.
- End-to-End Design Process: Support the entire design process, from discovery to delivery, by defining business problems, identifying design requirements, and breaking down complex challenges into actionable solutions.
Position will be onsite (4 days a week) in Plano, Texas. Relocation is not provided.
