Position Summary :   As a Learning Experience Designer, you will design and develop research-driven, user-centered experiences, integrating learning science principles and technology to optimize engagement and retention. You will create the learning experience, from technology to interface, prototyping, testing, and design iteration, ensuring alignment with pedagogical goals and best practices. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, effective learning pathways and continuously improve the learning environment through data-driven insights.  Essential Job Functions :

  • Use learner data to lead the creation of learner-centered experiences, aligning learning science principles and pedagogical goals to design effective and scalable learning solutions.
  • Use testing environments, protocols, and cadences to assess usability of learning tools, interventions, and technology features
  • Leverage interactive prototypes in design learning content, incorporating multimedia, simulations, and interactive elements that prioritize user engagement and a seamless learning experience
  • Understand continuous evaluation of learning experiences through data analysis, learner feedback, and usability testing, using insights to iterate and enhance learning pathways.
  • Adhere to design processes, ensuring thorough documentation and standardization across projects to maintain consistency, transparency, and scalability in learning experience design.  Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :
  • User-Centered Design : Expertise in applying user-centered design principles to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible learning experiences tailored to the needs and preferences of diverse learners.
  • Research and Data-Driven Design : Strong skills in conducting and applying educational research, such as analyzing learner data and formative assessments, to inform and iterate on learning designs that enhance engagement and retention.
  • Technology Proficiency : Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and other educational technologies, with the ability to seamlessly integrate them into the learning experience.
  • Collaborative Development and Communication : Strong ability to collaborate with educators, cognitive scientists, and curriculum designers, communicating complex learning design concepts and ensuring alignment with pedagogical goals and organizational objectives.
