P.F. Chang’s is seeking an experienced Sr. Director of Digital Marketing to lead our digital strategy and drive our digital transformation. This role requires a leader who can align marketing, technology, and operations with business goals to enhance customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital media and e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Set and achieve goals for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Ensure integration of digital initiatives across all business units for brand consistency.
- Optimize e-commerce platforms, including website and mobile applications, to enhance user experience and streamline the ordering process.
- Leverage our 1P Funnel to drive dine-in traffic and frequency among current guests.
- Oversee and refine the loyalty program to maximize customer engagement.
- Use data analytics tools to track, measure, and report on digital and e-commerce performance.
- Collaborate with the Guest Relations team to address digital-related concerns and enhance the customer journey.
- Identify and implement new digital technologies to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing digital marketing and e-commerce team.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to optimize marketing efforts.
- Work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, IT, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment of digital strategies.
- Act as a digital advocate, driving transformation and innovation within the organization.
- Develop and manage the digital media and e-commerce budget, optimizing ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 12 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in digital media and e-commerce strategy execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, e-commerce platforms, and web/mobile development.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Superior communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Knowledge of the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.

Pay Range: $190,000 - $220,0000 per year
