We are currently hiring a Restaurant Takeout Shift Supervisor or To-Go Shift Supervisor for our team. This role is responsible for coordinating daily restaurant shift operations and ensuring exceptional customer service through timely and efficient delivery of takeout and catering orders.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records. They should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver fast, friendly, and efficient customer service to every guest, whether online, over the phone, or in person.
- Understand the restaurant menu to guide guests on choosing menu items and answer questions promptly.
- Review orders with the Guest at pick-up or upon delivery to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Supervise training of new Team Members, coaching and mentoring on culinary techniques and skills.
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- No prior experience required – we'll provide comprehensive training
- A valid Food Handler's Card where applicable, or the ability to obtain one
- The capacity to operate kitchen equipment, including coffee machines, iced tea machines, lemon slicers, and point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- The ability to multitask and organize multiple types of orders simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
