What are the responsibilities and job description for the Employee Benefits Account Manager position at PF Compass?
Role :
Responsible for all aspects of employee benefits account management and client services within fast-paced company. Liaise with sales team for client onboarding of employees for medical and ancillary plans and plan renewals. Liaise directly with clients and their employees in a supporting role. Duties will include client and employee communication, data entry and CRM management, general support of dynamic team.
Specifics :
Function as main point of support for all client empl;oyee benefits accounts :
- Work directly with client HR department, and employees as needed
- Onboard client into internal agency management system (AgencySmart)
- Keep up to date internal records of client plans, including costs and enrollment
- Document all client service items and resolutions
- Maintain accurate client census information
- Liaise with appropriate internal team members for administration of COBRA including generating notices, processing elections with carriers, collecting and logging payments.
- Liaise with client facing software specialists to ensure accurate transfer of client, employee and plan information
- Answer employee questions pertaining to benefits coverage and other issues
- Assist sales team with preparation of client renewal packages and presentations
- Lead with preparation of client renewal packages for designated clients
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks : answering phone calls and emails; sending information to clients; preparing documents for meetings and presentations
- Work both independently, and within a team framework to achieve excellent outcomes
- Work within the Microsoft Office platform : Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Develop and grow within the role as processes and work-flows evolve
