General Overview : Provide technical support to onsite field engineers and field technical representatives. Assist in training and development of new hire field engineers, field technical representatives, and fluid technicians. Review post job reporting system and onsite QA / QC practices. Provide technical support for clients utilizing hydraulic fracturing modeling. Collaborate with engineering and operations in optimizing company processes and procedures. Evaluate new products with sales and operations team.

Responsibilities :

Ensure compliance with management directives and ProFrac Services policies, processes and procedures by engineering department.
Assist district personnel in determining field technical representative's competencies and provide training and support when necessary.
Aid in development and implementation of a new hire technical training program.
Assist in training once technical training program is established.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to field technical representative duties.
Train new hires to perform real-time monitoring and evaluation of well stimulation services performed for customers.
Train engineering team on post job reporting, and QA / QC practices.
Use and apply mathematics and scientific principles to fulfill job duties.
Writes technical reports for ProFrac clients and management personnel.
Performs other related duties as required.
Train technical team on pre-job testing requirements.
Review new products and services to be offered by Profrac for technical merit.
Interact with and advise clients and client's technical personnel regarding frac design, research and equipment.
When requested, design job models for customers based upon applicable scientific, mathematic and engineering principals and taking into consideration geological data and operational parameters, requirements, and / or restrictions of the customer and the objectives of the customer.
Provide technical advice, assessments, evaluations, recommendations and counsel to ProFrac Services and customers concerning the design, development and operation of well stimulation services, processes and procedures and recommend design changes where appropriate.
Analyze and evaluate issues involving job-site technical, operational, design, engineering and geological issues and confer with and advise customer representatives of recommended solutions to issues involving jobs being performed for the customer.
Performs other related duties as required.

Other Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred with a

minimum of five years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.

Ability to train Field Engineers and / or Field Technical Representatives FracPro modelingsoftware.

Understanding pre-job and post job QA / QC practices for hydraulic fracturing.

Ability to work in a collaborative environment with operations, sales, and engineering.

Knowledge of mathematical and scientific principles applicable to hydraulic fracturing and abilityto make practical application of such knowledge in performance of duties.

Ability to utilize education, training and experience to design models for frac jobs and to assistField Engineers and Field Technical Representatives with these matters.

Ability to assess and evaluate situations utilizing scientific, geological and operational education,training and experience, and present advice, counsel and recommendations to clientsconcerning hydraulic fracturing jobs before, during and after frac job is performed.

Knowledge of general confidential information policies, procedures and regulations that governsemployee and employer confidentiality, and of company confidentiality policies and procedures.

Knowledge of general business and management principles involved in strategic planning,resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people andresources.

Mental and Physical Requirements :

Able to read, speak and write English.

Able to work under stressful conditions at times.

Must be able and willing to work long hours and weekly schedules that are not uniform on a day-to-day basis.

May be required to walk for long distances, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch orcrawl, climb or balance to reach high places.

Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. to meet the needs of the company and its customers (per LineSuperintendent).

Specific vision abilities required include depth perception with the ability to focus. Close vision isneeded to work on the computer system.

Must possess good hearing as needed for work and safety compliance. Noise level could bemoderate to very loud.

Occasionally required to work near moving mechanical parts and equipment.

Occasionally may drive for three to four hours or more at one time.

Extensive travel to and from projects and various field assignments is required.

Strong work ethics of integrity and honesty striving for excellence in all activities employingaccompanying communication.
