Key Responsibilities
- Determine causes of problems with equipment using analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Repair and replace damaged or worn parts to ensure optimal performance
- Clean, lubricate, and perform routine maintenance on equipment and vehicles
- Inspect machinery to ensure correct pressures, fan speeds, and freedom from leaks
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience as a Hydraulic Technician I
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and mechanics
- Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently
- Physical stamina to lift equipment and work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions
This role requires working in a variety of environments, including outdoors in extreme temperatures, humidity, and weather conditions. You will also be exposed to moderate noise levels, vibrations, and bright lights. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided when necessary.
