General Overview : The operator is responsible for maintaining uninterrupted power supply to customers, conducting data collection and analysis, resolving equipment malfunctions, and executing routine maintenance duties. Operation of equipment will require an understanding of how engineered electric generation systems are intended to function and the ability to read, understand, and follow procedures. While this role supports electric generation equipment and electronic control devices, and primary focus is equipment operation, direct involvement in electrical or electronic technician duties is anticipated. The operator will assist electricians, electronics technicians, and rotating equipment technicians during rig-up, rig-down, or while troubleshooting. Routine tasks include equipment visual inspections, job reporting, client communication, and internal communication of equipment and job status. This is a rotational job with 100% travel expected.
