What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Manager position at PF Holdings LLC Defunct?
The role will provide leadership and direction for recommending, implementing, and supporting recruitment practices necessary to attract and retain top talent. Responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the operations recruiting and performing full-cycle recruiting to source competent talent to fill all levels of positions for the company. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's workforce by building strong recruitment pipelines, enhancing the employer brand, and driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Submit weekly reports of all recruitment activities
- Build effective relationships with operational departments to understand their business goals and to proactively identify talent
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with organizational needs
- Utilize recruitment metrics and data to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct new employee orientations to include welcoming, required payroll and new hire paperwork, as needed.
- Plan, host, and facilitate job fairs and hiring events to attract qualified candidates
- Ensure overall compliance with state, federal, county and agency requirements
- Assist with compliance related projects and activities, including unemployment processing, I-9, Affirmative Action, EEOC, etc.
- Travel to assigned facilities in order to recruit new employees, build relationships and ensure visibility for employees and management.
- Handle additional complex assignments as needed.
